Mosquito Control Treatment Options
At Apex Pest Control we offer two different mosquito/tick control options.
- Our YardGuard service plan offers seasonal protection for mosquitoes and ticks. We return every June, July and August to perform a new application.
- We also offer a one-time service, which is typically done for special events like weddings or parties.
What’s included in a Mosquito Service?
The YardGuard service plan at Apex Pest Control is a seasonal service that is offered through fall, which primarily targets mosquitoes and ticks. Once a month until October we will come out to your home and treat areas around your property which provide the habitat for mosquitoes and ticks. This also includes vegetation around the perimeter of the home, in addition to beneath decks and other outdoor shaded areas as well.
We will also use a growth regulator to any areas of present water pools. which usually makes an ideal location to lay eggs. At the conclusion of the service, the technician will do an inspection of the property and make any additional recommendations to eliminate potential breeding areas.
The one-time service for events includes the same procedure as the YardGuard program, but it is only a single application and does not include additional applications.
